Qualifications
- High school diploma AND some years experience in a related field.
OR
- An acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience will also be considered
AND
- Current CPR and basic First Aid qualifications

Knowledge Requirements
- of recreation or community centre facilities
- of health and safety practices

Experience Requirements
- in providing customer service
- in using software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, e-mail, and Internet browsing

Language requirement: English essential, bilingualism (French / English) an asset.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Community Recreation Coordinator, the Facility Attendant greets visitors, establishes nature of business and directs visitors to appropriate area or person. He/She ensures access to the facility, equipment and services is by authorized clients only and patrols the facility regularity to ensure rules and regulations are being followed.
