Summary:

Under the supervision of the IT Support Analyst, the IT Service Representative provides first level call center support to clients and customers using a computerized information system. He/She provides technical support, such as tracking information, gathering facts, opening technical cases and providing problem resolution. The IT Service Representative responds to inquiries from customer using formatted screens, scripts and procedures, and provides support and escalates calls, as required. She/He also liaises with internal departments and external resources to clarify information, seek guidance and gather information for problem resolution.
