CMFRC Operational Guidelines - US details the framework in which Canadian/Military Family Resource Centres (C/MFRCs) operate in the United States. Written for CMFRC Advisory Committee members, this publication clarifies their roles and responsibilities. It also provides historical and philosophical background as well as resources to assist in member recruitment, management and team building.

CMFRC Operational Guidelines - Europe and the United Kingdom describes the functions, relationships and processes of Canadian/Military Family Resource Centres (C/MFRCs) operating in Europe. Written for CMFRC members, this publication details responsibility, authority and accountability of Advisory Committees. It also provides historical and philosophical background and resources on meeting protocols, member recruitment, management and team building.

Support to Parents Policy (.pdf, 34 KB)
The Military Family Services Program (MFSP) policy, including service parameters and eligibility, has been amended to include parents of single Regular Force CF members before, during and after deployment.

Support to Civilians Policy (.pdf, 40 KB)
The Military Family Services Program (MFSP) Policy, including service parameters and eligibility, has been amended to support service delivery to families of civilian employees for Non-Public Fund (NPF) and the Department of National Defence (DND) before, during and after deployment with the Canadian Forces (CF) on missions outside Canada.
